This ESB Style Darth Vader Belt was constructed from the ground up. It was made using aluminum project boxes that were custom machined on the fronts for perfect placement of the lights, knobs, and hose details. The rear “lids” were machined to integrate switches and custom designed battery holders. This allows the visible parts of the belt when worn to remain accurate without the need for extra switches on the sides to control the lighting.

The belt buckle was machined from aluminum, with the base layer powder coated black. The saber hook was cut from aluminum and bent to match the screen used piece. The black leather belt was laser cut from leather for precise fitment with the belt components.
